Founder & Licensed General Contractor
ARCIC is a South Florida-based construction company founded and led by seasoned construction professional and Licensed General Contractor, Andres Rodriguez.
With more than 31 years of experience, Andres began his career as a Florida Department of Transportation Inspector and advanced through key management, executive, and corporate officer positions with some of South Florida’s most respected construction firms.
In 2025, ARCIC was founded as the culmination of decades of industry expertise, leadership, and passion for building exceptional projects.
A Florida International University graduate with over three decades of construction leadership experience, including work with FDOT, Amazon, and other prominent organizations. Andres brings a transparent, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to every project.
